Administrative Operations Manager

Gianny Fulghum serves as the Administrative Operations Manager at Thinkblot Behavioral Sciences, where she oversees administrative operations and develops the systems, workflows, and organizational processes that support the firm's growing psychological assessment programs for public safety, government, and security-sensitive organizations. Since joining Thinkblot in 2023, she has led initiatives in clinician onboarding, workflow development, scheduling operations, process improvement, and organizational planning to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and client service across the practice.

Prior to joining Thinkblot, Gianny spent more than a decade in healthcare administration and operations, including helping establish and lead a local Home Helpers Home Care branch. Throughout her career, she has focused on building thoughtful, people-centered systems that enable professionals to do their best work while delivering an organized and responsive experience for those they serve.

Gianny is passionate about continuous improvement, operational excellence, and developing sustainable processes that support both people and organizational growth. Outside of Thinkblot, she volunteers with Fairfax County's Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), where she continues her commitment to serving the community through emergency preparedness and disaster response
